build me a complete sports Network app for ROKU AMAZON FIRE

Hello great developers, I wants to build a complete sports Network app for ROKU AMAZON FIRE ANDROID IOS SAMSUNG LG I have attached a few pages. each of those logos on page 2 will bring you to a Video on demand page for each sport. We will only put 1 video on each of those for testing and submitting except for STAR BOXING WHICH will have around 50 videos. the LIVE TV icon will bring to a feed of the network. events will be a page of upcoming events and pay per view will have a pay component for upcoming pay per view events. I would need this all tested and submitted to all platforms listed above. My next question for you is where do you think we should store video on demand video to link back to. AWS, Google, VIMEO OTT, please let me know how you have done this before. eventually it can be 20TB of storage. Thank you and I await your reply. Thanks
