build an Amazon, overstock and rakuten store

I am a manufacturer, I have a warehouse and 27 skus with an average of 6 colors per SKU.
I want to build an Amazon presence for these SKUs that generates a wholesale invoice to the warehouse for shipping via UPS. I will not be using Amazons FBA, but I would like to use their MSP and chopping cart.
I'm not sure what the real budget is, if you can explain your costs to me in detail please. all offers considered.
Also plan to expand into overstock, and maybe rakuten or other later.
also will need the person to be a le to add 1-5 skus quarterly.
