ML-based highly available and scalable SaaS

The idea is to implement a tool with * features* like magicai on codecanyon.
But, besides the 3rd party API that are used, like OpenAI, mid journey etc., the tool will have its own built in ML models hosted on Aws, Azure, Hugging face for instance.
In your response, I would like to read your global approach, the technical architecture for the front and backend, the database architecture, the ML architecture that will ease scalability and ensure availability.
I would the whole tool implemented based on an agile methodology, continuous integration mode, code reversed on GitHub and demoed on my own hosting.
I would also like the testing completely automated with bot for instance performing the actions and sending back the results.
