Xerox MPS API scripts for AWS Lambda

We are looking to have a Python (preferably) to retrieve information from the Xerox MPSAPI interface.
I'm attaching the Xerox MPSAPI doc for reference. Because of the sensitivity of the information, we will not be providing API, but will be available to setup testing.
We will be executing this script monthly to retrieve the billable meter reads. We'll use the information with other code we have to calculate billable information. Page 40 seems to reference a way to get the information - BillableMeterGetList
