Windows Web Application Deployment from Server Old aws to new AWS Server

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me deploy a Windows web application from an old AWS server to a new AWS server. I will provide the AWS credentials (ID and password) .

Requirements:
- Experience in deploying Windows web applications on AWS servers
- Familiarity with the latest version of the application to be deployed
- Proficiency in transferring files and setting up server configurations
