Website update and maintenance

I am in need of some assistance to update and maintain my website on aws. I need someone who can help with some functionality improvements, although I'm not sure if this will require any new software or third-party integration. I'm looking for someone who can work in the longterm and devote 4-5 hours per week to the project.
