Website speed slow, chunk-vendors.js too big (URGENT)

on the live project (based on Laravel, Vue, Mysql, AWS, GitHub) - after we deploy new features we see the website getting slow. the main issue we see is related to chunk-vendors.js too big. before we were able to achieve 90 performance rank in the google page speed tool and now we getting around 20-30 rank. We must make the website faster ASAP right now. We think we need Vue dev for this to solve the issue that has experience with AWS s3 bucket, CloudFront, and Laravel with caching experience
