Website to display real time MQTT data

I am looking for a developer to create a website that can display real-time MQTT data through data visualization.
The purpose of the project is to display real-time status information (such as temperature and power consumption) received from a population of 100s of remote embedded devices.
Users will be able to securely log in and view the data for their own population of devices. They will also be able to send commands (such as reboot) to individual devices.
In terms of programming languages and frameworks, I have no specific preference.
Communication with remote devices will be using MQTT messages and so an MQTT broker will also have to be implemented along with a simple database to store the received data.
The site will probably be hosted on Amazon (AWS).
Additional features that we hope to add in the future (as a separate work package) will include an API to allow client systems to access the database.
