VPN System & Infrastructure

We are developing a VPN app for iTunes. But need a VPN infrastructure behind the App.
A scalable server hosted on cloud (AWS or Digitalocean etc), and an easy management panel of these servers, adding countries and etc.
Also the system has to communicate with some endpoints with the app. Like Connect & Disconnect buttons, Country selections and etc. When the user taps the Connect or Disconnect buttons the app will call the necessary endpoints to make the correct VPN connection and country. The average users will be around 100K/month in the near future but we can start with less of course. But the system should easily scale to those numbers. Also the users should be able to add VPN configuration from the app. Opnevpn, Wireguard, Ikev2 or any other protocols can be used for this system.
Also as we are marketing experts we dont want to deal with Cloudservers or adding/deleting countries, scaling the server droplets or any bandwiths. We should have an easy managable backend to set them all. Like when US countries have many users and very few bandwith we can easily scale the server from the backend.
