Update SSL on Website

SSL has decided to stop working on a number of my sites. Ideally I want it do the SSL automatically as it keeps taking my websites offline. I'm not sure if this is a conflict with File manager which is on the sites or not...

As I'm using Amazon AWS it is essential you know how to use this...
