Update Pets Website with Payments, Chat Features

We need to update the existing pets website.
We need the followings done in the initial project:
- Migrate site from existing AWS account to a new AWS account
- Add chat functionality between pet sitters and pet owners
- Add stripe payment functionality for users to pay, money goes in escrow while the pet is being watched, and money is transferred to the pet sitter after the job is completed
