Unifi Controller Migration to Vultr

I'm looking for an experienced network engineer to help me move my Unifi Controller from AWS to the Vultr hosting service. The job involves not just the migration, but also upgrading the controller to the latest stable version.

Key Requirements:
- Preserve all data and configurations during the migration
- Move the current version 7.x to Vultr
- Upgrade to the latest stable version of the Unifi Controller
