Ubuntu WHM cPanel Setup for Amazon SES

I need an experienced system administrator to customize my Ubuntu WHM cPanel server for using Amazon SES as a smarthost for regular email delivery via SMTP. The same EXIM configuration I use on another server is not working on my new one running Ubuntu 22 LTS. On the other server I have configured STUNNEL as a secure gateway to authenticate and connect to AWS SES. That is not working on this server.

Requirements:
- Configure the server to route emails through Amazon SES.
- Ensure proper authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to improve deliverability and avoid being marked as spam.
- Set up necessary firewall rules to allow SMTP traffic to and from Amazon SES.
- Test the configuration thoroughly to ensure all emails are being sent and received without issues.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong experience with WHM/cPanel and Ubuntu
- Familiarity with Amazon SES and email protocols, especially SMTP
- Knowledge of email authentication mechanisms (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Good troubleshooting skills to resolve any potential issues
-Understand the configuratuion of both EXIM and STUNNEL
