Turkey DevOps engineer with experience of international and Turkish hosting solutions

We’re a primary care telemedicine provider launching in Turkey. We need an intermediate to advanced-level DevOps engineer that is familiar with international and Turkish hosting solutions to advise on local deployment.
An example question is:
What is the Turkish cloud service equivalent of AWS? Within the cloud, what are the available Services? A list of examples that we’d like to include are as follows:
* EC2/VPC
* S3
* RDS
* ElasticCache (Redis)
* SES, email, SMS
* SLS (log service)
* Check: if there is a Kubernetes-hosted service?
The initial work shouldn’t take more than a day or two, but is likely to extend as the project progresses.
