Troublshoot Amazon Listing Problem

We have 5 Amazon product listings; simultaneously they have all stopped displaying product details and bullet points. We are the manufacturer and sole seller on Amazon. We have tried Amazon's standard fix for this problem (full upload via spreadsheet template file) but this has not worked.
