Troubleshooting AWS Sagemaker for AI Model that works in Colab

I'm encountering configuration and compatibility issues while transitioning my well-functioning Generative AI model from Colab to AWS Sagemaker. The main challenges are related to environment setup, specifically package installations, library dependencies, and runtime configurations. The goal is to deploy this model in AWS accessible by a web application.

Your role will involve:
- Diagnosing and resolving configuration issues
- Ensuring compatibility of the model with AWS Sagemaker
- Assisting with environment setup, focusing on package installations, library dependencies, and runtime configurations

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Strong experience with AWS Sagemaker
- Proficiency in troubleshooting configuration and compatibility issues
- Expertise in environment setup for AI models
- Familiarity with handling package installations, library dependencies, and runtime configurations.

Problems we are currently encountering include:
1. Unable to find source directory on Sagemaker 
2. Manually modify some packages that not accessible via Sagemaker
3. Packages that require prerequisites 
4. How to read files
5. PyTorch modification from within Notebook

Ideally, we will be able to do a google meet where we can walk through the issues and resolve it together or meet later when we have figured out how to resolve it.
