Terraform Script for AWS Resource Automation

I am in need of an experienced professional to develop a Terraform script that can streamline my development and production environments by automating resource deployment on AWS.
Key Requirements:
- Implement automation for ECS Fargate, AWS CloudFront, S3 bucket, VPC, Application Load Balancer, Amazon RDS Postgres, and AWS Secrets Manager
- Ensure the script is clear, efficient, and scalable so that it can be easily maintained
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with Terraform and AWS
- Ability to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness of AWS resources
- Excellent communication skills to understand my needs and provide regular updates
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities to ensure the script runs smoothly and error-free.
