Terraform Script for AWS DocumentDB

I need a Terraform script to provision AWS DocumentDB with the simplest and cheapest configuration. The setup should allow for mongoimport of documents without using an instance for routing or SSH.

Requirements:
- Use of Elastic IPs, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.
- Single VPC with private subnets
- Authentication via Username and Password
- Script can create security groups for the DocumentDB cluster

Important:
- Do NOT provision a proxy instance for SSH/routing

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Terraform
- Experience with AWS DocumentDB and AWS networking
- Knowledge of security group configurations
