Terraform - AWS WAF Integration

I am looking for a Freelancer to help integrate Amazon Web Services (AWS) WAF into my existing project through Terraform. This is a personal project and I do need assistance with the connection of AWS WAF. I am relatively new to the technology of Terraform, so I need someone who can assist me in this endeavor.
