Terraform AWS

I need to make a connector in 1 AWS account using terraform so that vulnerability scanner in other AWS account can connect to this AWS account and scan the environment.Basically we have to make an IAM Role with the deacribed policies (Information which polocies and instances and AMI ,VPC and subnet to use is there)Need somebody who knows how to make terraform module so that we can spin up connector ev2 instancew with specified role.
