The Goal:
Go live. Refactor the current application without building from scratch, emphasizing mobile responsiveness with a "mobile-first" mindset. Prioritize scale, security, performance, and commercial viability. Most Figma pages are provided and many pages added (but needs a little cleanup).

B. Stack Catalog:
i. Display, Integrate, Search, and Manage tools
C. Dashboard:
i. Display and manage integrated tools, view tool-specific details, Execution Score, Main Chart, and Tool Chart
D. Organization Admin Page: Refinements
E. Team Page: Manage team members and their permissions
F. Message/Chat (parallel development): Separate chat service development, main layout design, messaging functionalities, and backend/database optimizations for reading

Additional Considerations:
A. Feedback Mechanism: Implement a system to collect feedback from users for continuous improvement.
B. QA and Testing: Ensure exhaustive quality assurance testing for both front-end and back-end functionalities. Implement integration and regression testing.
Agreements By Contractor:
A. Full-time staffing with SDE Level 3+ throughout to adhere to the project timeline.
B. Authentication, Dashboard, Stack Catalog, Teams Page, Message/Chat, Notifications, Admin Page, User Profile Page, SQOR Admin, Website including Landing Page and standard website pages TBD, Payment Setup, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity integration, Hashicorp Vault for Secret Management and Encryption, and all other Development Standard Requirements.
C. Writing unit tests throughout the development process.
