System admin needed for maintain hostgator server, AWS, and google cloud

Need someone to help me maintain all my projects across AWS, Hostgator, Namecheap, Godaddy, and Google Cloud.
You need to be experienced in load balancer, caching, throttling, setting up auto backup, move db from one service provider to another, nodes and able to give me suggestions on how to maintain all projects securely.
REQUIREMENT
1. what was the one project you did that you are most proud of? why?
2. able to respond to emergency tasks and solve problem quickly
3. good communication with my dev team to help solve tasks
4. be online between 8am-4pm PST and 7pm to 12am PST
