Sysadmin/Devops Engineer for Website Migration from AWS & Pipeline Setup

I am looking for a sysadmin who can assist with a migration out of a rather complex AWS/CloudFlare setup to another cloud provider.

Devops experience is required, as there is a pipeline tied to this setup (a heavily customized WordPress website) that also needs to be accounted for in the migration, instead setting up a simplified version to replace it going forward.

Within the scope of this is also security hardening of the new environment.

Further sysadmin/devops work is available beyond this project as well.

So that I know you read the requirements, please begin your proposal/message with the following sentence: "I have [little/moderate/significant] experience with building pipelines in specific, [X] experience with server security, and my overall devops experience is: [Y]" - but with the following changes: (a) fill in X/Y as appropriate, keeping the square brackets around them (and yes I know devops a broad field), (b) for the pipelines experience , select the option that best applies to you, remove the other two, and remove the square brackets, but keep the forward slashes (this is a bit of an "attention to detail" check).
