SuiteCRM 8.0 Installation on AWS and GIT

I need an AWS expert and System IT expert for do the following:
- Install SuiteCRM8.0 on EC2

- Install and set MySql Database in RDS and connect to SuiteCRM8.0
- Set the correct Balance Loader
- Set GIT in Amazon GIT in Code Commit
- Prepare a full documentation of what done
- Set the right Security for SSH and rest of service
