Springboot aws service to database connection fails

We are running an ecs service in amazon (java springboot) were we face some issues with the database (rds) connection:
org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: The connection attempt failed.
It worked in the past but suddenly it stopped.
We are searching someone that can help us let the service work like it did.
