Solve a connection to a aws ec2 web server problem

I need an Aws expert who can help me solve the following problem :
I have a redhat ec2 server running a web server
The server is reachable from the aws local network but not from my personnel pc (internet)
Please say « hi rueil »
The security group is ok : it is allowing the http protocol from everywhere.
I can not share any credentials : I share my screen using tv
