Software Engineer for IoT Project (Golang, AWS, Terraform)

We are seeking a talented and experienced software engineer to join our IoT project team. The project involves developing a robust IoT system that utilizes various AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway, DynamoDB, and AWS IoT, among others. The system will process IoT data, create REST APIs for data access, and be managed using Terraform. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Golang and have experience in similar IoT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Golang Development: Develop backend services and applications using Golang to handle data processing and integration with AWS services.

AWS Lambda: Create serverless functions using AWS Lambda to process and manage IoT data efficiently.

AWS API Gateway: Set up and configure AWS API Gateway to create RESTful APIs for data access and management.

AWS IoT Data Processing: Implement data processing pipelines to ingest, transform, and analyze IoT data from various sources.

DynamoDB: Design and implement the database schema in DynamoDB to store and manage IoT-related data.

REST API Development: Develop RESTful APIs to enable data access and interaction with the IoT system.

Infrastructure as Code (Terraform): Use Terraform to define and provision the infrastructure needed for the project, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Version Control (Gitlab): Collaborate with the team using Gitlab for version control and code management.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Golang programming.
Experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and AWS IoT.
Knowledge of IoT data processing and data streaming technologies.
Prior experience developing RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration within a team environment.
