Social Network App Development: NodeJS/React Native/AWS

I'm in need of a qualified developer with proficiency in React Native and NodeJS, and experience with Amazon AWS specifically for hosting and deployment purposes.
The primary purpose of this project is to develop a wedding photo-uploading app where the main function is content posting and sharing. This developer will handle primarily the backend of the app, as the front-end design is already established.
The design aesthetic of this app is elegant and professional.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in React Native and NodeJS
- Prior experience with Amazon AWS for hosting and deployment
- Experience developing social networking apps
- Experience implementing content posting and sharing functionality
- Eye for elegant and professional design aesthetics
Working of mobile applications: The user must be registered in order to use this app and in the registration process a face recognition function must be added to recognize the face of the user after successful login user needs to enter a hashtag in the search bar in order to find the wedding and if hashtag searched by user is attached with a wedding then that wedding will be displayed and when user clicks on that wedding users will see different section first section will display only the images of user from whole wedding based on profile face recognition and then other sections containing all photos based on functions and other basic functions. I already have the Figma design ready for this app
Working of admin panel: The admin panel will be used to upload the photos of weddings by giving different hashtags to every wedding, admin can perform CRUD operations on weddings and the admin panel will also have search features login logout features and admin panel will also have an analysis page on which analysis report of how many users created the account, wedding searched most by the users and other basic functions. The front end of the dashboard is ready only need to write the backend and connect to the app and database.
This whole system must be hosted on Amazon AWS for cloud storage.
