Shut down AWS EC2 Instances etc.

I have to pay about 25$ per month for my AWS instances, work mail, route 53 etc. and I want to cancel all services since my websites are no longer running. The problem is, I didn't set up the services thus I also don't know how to cancel them. It's probably about 15 minutes of work for an experienced AWS specialist.
