Shopware 6 email fix

You need experience with Shopware 6 and Amazon AWS SES SMTP to fix this problem. Shopware 6 is completely different from Shopware 5, please make a bid if you know how to identify problems with email delivery in Shopware 6 shop CMS.
There is a problem with the email configuration. We run a second shop with the exact same configuration and we are using Amazon AWS SES SMTPs for email delivery.
We are using the same account for both shops. This was tested with other projects before and was always working fine.
The first shop that we have is sending out the emails without issues, everything is landing inbox. The new shop with the exact same configuration does not send out any emails.
I checked the DNS of the domain, if all entries are added correctly, checked Amazon account to see if configuration is correct, I checked the flow builder to see if the email events are configured correctly.
All seems to be working. When I check the event logs for my first shop, then I can see for each test order the email event was created when sending out an email.
In the new shop the email event is not registered in the event log. The email delivery for the smtp is not disabled, we tested the SMTP configuration with several ports and configuration settings.
When I want to send out a test email from the backend, I get an error message. We activated developer environment and checked the logs, but we don´t see a specific error description there.
When I make a test order in the shop, I get confirmation from shopware 6, that the email was sent out successfully.
We tried all the options and we don´t know how to fix this problem.
We need an experienced developer to look into this. Personally I think this is just a small configuration problem and the solution can be found quickly. Please get in touch with me at the company mail so we can fix this problem.
