Setup ssh login to EC2 instance and connect to github remote repo

I have an EC2 instance, but I cannot connect to it over Putty (I can only connect to it via the AWS web console).
I need someone to set up an SSH connection over AnyDesk on my local machine.
On the EC2 instance, I need to push my current work to an existing private GitHub repository. I am getting an error message on authentication there as well.
