Setup a new UK based VPN on AWS for personal use

I am in need of an experienced AWS tech expert to setup a virtual private network (VPN) for personal use. With the ability to connect from only one device, the main agenda is to overcome geo-restrictions in accessing certain content in online browsing.I also need to load it onto a router, and need a kill switch if the connection drops.

Key Requirements:
