Setup Wireguard VPN for AWS Linux Instance

The project is to assist with setting up a wireguard VPN to a AWS Instance and configure it to allow access to a private ASW subnet.
1) Install wireguard on local Mac Laptop
2) Install wireguard on AWS Linux instance
3) Configure both to allow access to the private subnet running on AWS
4) Verify can ping the private subnet from Mac
5) Integrate into existing terraform code and verify VPN is working with standard terraform apply
