Setup a AWS Lightsail wordpressMulti system + Auto SSL

I am getting in web-design a little more seriously and got into AWS, with WordPress and would like to run several domains within the same instance if it's possible. the DNS was done with route 53 because of the domain limitations of 3 per instance in LS. I would like someone to show me how to walk me through the process on how to set up clean.

Also I am struggling to add SSL certificates, if possible a way to simplify or automate this process for new domains.

Let me know if interested, this is pretty quick and easy I guess if you know about AWS stuff.
