Setting up our project's AWS, GIT environment deployment (nameserver settings, etc.)

I am looking for someone to help set up our project's environment on AWS and GIT, as well as setting up nameserver settings. I already have an existing domain, and I need assistance with the nameserver configuration. The ideal freelancer will have experience working with AWS and GIT, as well as nameserver settings. I am not a developer. We currently have an AWS server and a github project folder.

However, any changes I make to the information in AWS or GitHub are not being reflected on the server. I need advice and configuration from a developer who can identify and answer the problem.
