Set up interface to upload 2 terabytes of data to Amazon S3 Glacier Deep Archive

We have about 2 terabytes of info on a shared hosting provider website (Hostway) and would like to upload the fils to Amazon S3 deep glacier archive for safekeeping. Need some help with setting up the interface, which would include uploading subsequent updates (once or twice a year).
