Set up AWS "amazon comprehend entity recognition" and API for Doccano

We are looking for 2 key competencies:
Amazon comprehend entity recognition: training and API configuration
Doccano configuration: sequence labeling for text classification
Please do not submit any proposal if you do not have specific knowledge of these 2

I have created a Doccano Instance on AWS.
Now I need to enable "automatic labeling" to categorize job records into standard functions
- for example "plant manager"=""operations", "operations officer"="operations", "talent development"=HR
- in order to classify these records with sequence labeling we need to train "Amazon comprehend entity recognition" and configure API parameters over Doccano
- we also need to train the ML sys to recognize standard job roles and correct them over Doccano

NOTE:
- Doccano is up and running over AWS EC2
- mazon comprehend entity recognition is up and running over AWS too
