Session not loading on AWS

I have a pure PHP social platform currently being hosted on AWS. Only things needs to be fix is that when user access my platform AWS session is not created where as same thing working on other server.
I need the session issue resolved. The link to the site is - https://hamzim.com - if you know the issue and can resolve give me an offer for a fixed amount.
Access to hosting will NOT BE SHARED. you have to do it with screen share only.
