Serverless AWS Setup for simple survey webapp

I'm seeking a skilled freelancer to help with the re-setup of my survey webapp on AWS. This app conducts rating scale surveys and was previously fully functional.
Key Tasks:
- Deploy the app as a serverless API to AWS
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong knowledge of setting up webapps on AWS
- Familiarity with deploying serverless APIs

The app was once fully functioning, but the AWS account went down and we need to get it back up and running. We would also want to do some testing to make sure all the survey items are there. After getting it up and running on the domain, there is potential for more work in a subsequent project.
