Server Deployment -- 2

We have a .NET based application which was developed in 2009 which is currently hosted on AWS. We are looking for someone really experienced who can take a backup of the database and the code and make it live on Azure and we want to see how you handle confidential information.You have to move it live into a site and on that site, you have to take the live information of the server and take the backup. We will give you a domain and you have to point that domain to the server. We currently have cloud-flare SSL and you have to make sure which SSL would be better for our new website and that server should be usable at that time, you should create a separate dev server to get the new UI, it will be on same domain and instance, just it should be a development website for testing purposes so we can test your work.
