Semantic Search using Langchain, open source embeddings and AWS


I am looking for a developer to build a semantic search system using Langchain, open source embeddings, and AWS. The main purpose of this project is to improve search accuracy. we have the code to some extent built, we need to make it into a product.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Langchain and open source embeddings
- Experience with AWS and its various services
- Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning algorithms
Enable users to login
Integrate Payment plan
User friendly UI, to access file
Use and storage of metadata for normal search query
