SaaS support and full stack development

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide both technical support and full-stack development for my SaaS project.

Skills and Experience:
- Strong technical support skills to assist with troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Proficiency in full-stack development, specifically with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and Google Console.
- Experience working on SaaS projects and understanding of the unique challenges and requirements associated with them.

Timeline:
- The project is ongoing, so the freelancer should be available for long-term collaboration and support.

We are a UK based SaaS software house offer an order management application to support fulfilment of eCommerce sales. We integrate with the major marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.) and eCom platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce etc.)

We have clients based in North America and Australia and are seeking a someone to cover the timezone 6pm - 2am UTC.

The roles will be varied
1. Respond to support tickets
2. Support the development of the application
3. Attend implementation meeting (Teams/Zoom)

We are a small team (7 staff), so the role will be varied.
