- Multi-tenant support
- Ability to import data from several systems
- Leverage AI to generate text in context
- Leverage AI to generate insights and recommendations in-app and from the internet
- Self-service purchasing and starting with trial and paid version
- Several product versions and licenses
- Preferably built on AWS
- Github/Git is a must
