SCIM 2.0 Integration for Azure AD Provisioning - Expert Needed

I'm seeking an experienced SCIM/Azure AD integration expert for our SaaS application. The goal is to ease client onboarding by enabling automated user provisioning/deprovisioning from their Azure AD to our custom built (code ignitor) SaaS application

Key Requirements:
- Build production-ready SCIM 2.0-compliant REST API endpoints.
- Full support for customers in setting up Azure AD Enterprise Applications, including step-by-step guidance.
- (Ideally) Assist in packaging this integration as an official Azure AD Marketplace/Gallery App for smoother client adoption.
- Understand the entire provisioning flow and deliver fast, clean, and secure results with minimal oversight.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven expertise in building SCIM 2.0 APIs.
- Strong familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Enterprise Applications.
- AWS Lambda, Laravel, API Gateway setup experience and guidance
- Experience in integrating with codeignitor applications, with limited documentation.
- Ability to create comprehensive setup guides and documentation for clients.
