Restore AWS Glacier S3 Backup

I am looking for an experienced individual who can help me restore an AWS Glacier S3 Backup. The backup contains text files and is 88GB in size. Access to the backup is restricted to only certain users. The successful applicant must have demonstrable experience with AWS cloud computing and backup restoration. If you have experience with the AWS infrastructure and have restored Glacier S3 backups in the past, I would love to hear from you.
Bakup was created 7 years ago so, may be some changes in AWS. I have the correcto user name and access to my AWS account
