Resolve Sendy login error and complete Intergration of Amazon SES

I purchased Sendy, created the subdomain and SQL database on my Cpanel, and installed it. But I keep getting the pages below when I attempt to log in to my Sendy account. Can you resolve this and integrate Sendy to Amazon SES and also Mautic?
