Resolve DNS issue for website in AWS hosted

I am looking for a freelancer to help resolve a DNS issue for a website hosted in AWS. It is currently using AWS Route 53 as the DNS provider, with the website hosted on an S3 static website. The issue I'm facing specifically is that the domain is not resolving. If you are familiar with troubleshooting DNS issues, then please get in touch!
The MX record for Google gmail should work after NS resolve.
