Resolve AWS Site Loading Issue

My website Carly-ellis.com hasn't been working for sometime. It won't load.
It is built using Wagtail, and domain is through AWS.
I know nothing about building websites, the company that built my site no longer exists and thus I cannot ask them for help.
According to AWS - the problem is an "INSTANCE" - they said this, I have no idea what it means. Here is what they said -
I have performed 'dig' command to find out the IP address of the website and it resolved to IP address '52.10.51.93'.

Using our internal tool, I was able to confirm that IP address "52.10.51.93" is associated with the EC2 instance ID "i-0135fcdc76b2c1e3f" from your account.
Further, I checked the details related to EC2 instance and observed that EC2 instance is in 'stopped' state since "2024-02-06 09:52:12 UTC".
I suspect that, this is reason your website is not accessible at the moment.
As instance is in stopped state unfortunately I wasn’t able to check more details. Thus, I request you to start your EC2 instance and confirm if you are able to access the website or not. I am sharing the steps to start the EC2 instance below:
To start an Amazon EBS-backed instance:
[1] Sign in to the AWS Management Console and open the Amazon EC2 console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/
[2] In the left navigation pane, choose Instances and select the instance.
[3] To start a stopped instance, select the instance, and choose Instance state, Start instance.
[4] It can take a few minutes for the instance to enter the running state.

After the EC2 instance is in 'Running' state, please verify if you are able to access your website using domain name. If the issue persists, I request you to use public IP and confirm if you are able to access the website or not.

This problem is not browser-specific and seems unique to this AWS website as I don't experience similar issues when accessing other websites.
