Position: Remote Software Engineer & DevOps Specialist
MetaFrazo is on a mission to democratize global content through AI‑powered video translation and dubbing. We’re scaling our enterprise platform and looking for a full‑time, remote Software & DevOps Engineer in India to join our core team. We currently translate for large sports organizations, like the NBA, educational institutions like Coursera, and Netflix and large-scale TV.
**Location:** Anywhere in India
**Employment:** Full‑time (100% remote)

# System Overview & Tech Stack
- **Frontend:** Next.js (React-based)
- **Backend:** Express.js (REST API)
- **Database:** AWS RDS (PostgreSQL)
- **File Storage:** AWS S3
- **Payments:** Stripe
- **Authentication:** Clerk/Auth0
- **Background Jobs:** AWS Lambda / Worker Queues
- **Video Processing:** GenAI API (ElevenLabs, etc)
- **Logging & Monitoring:** AWS CloudWatch
- **Containerization & Orchestration:** Docker & Kubernetes (you’ll own this!)
# What You’ll Do
- **Feature Development:** Build and maintain end‑to‑end features in Next.js, Express, and PostgreSQL.
- **DevOps & Infrastructure:**
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters for our microservices
- Build CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Docker builds) and automate deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Ensure high availability, scaling, and cost optimization on AWS
- **Video Workflow Integration:** Hook up Eleven Labs & Sync Labs APIs into your services
- **Security & Compliance:** Manage auth flows with Clerk/Auth0; enforce best practices
- **Monitoring & Alerts:** Tune AWS CloudWatch alerts, dashboards, and logging for reliability
# What We’re Looking For
- **3+ years** of full‑stack experience with Next.js/React and Node.js/Express
- Hands‑on with **Kubernetes**, **Docker**, and AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda)
- Proven ability to build CI/CD pipelines and use IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation)
- Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL optimizations
- Familiarity with Stripe integrations and modern auth providers (Clerk/Auth0)
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication skills, and ownership mindset
**Nice‑to‑haves:** FFmpeg or other video‑processing experience; Sync Labs deep‑dive; Python scripting
