Refining S3 Permissions and Policies

I'm in need of assistance in refining the access permissions for my S3 buckets and modifying IAM policies accordingly. There are some specific requirements that I have. Here are the main tasks at hand and the expected outcome:
Tasks:
- Assist with setting 'Bucket Access' specifically in my AWS environment.
- Assist with modifying IAM policies to align with the adjusted bucket access permissions.
Specific Requirements:
- I want to only allow 'Read' and 'Write' operations on the S3 bucket, all other operations should be restricted.
Skills and Experience:
